The Koinonia Bible Convention, started in 2011, is conducted in the premise of the Bishop House with the cooperation of all the parish churches of the Region. The motive of the Convention is to edify every faithful spiritually at least once in a year.
Local Bible conventions or Meghala Conventions are organized by comprising five or six churches of a locality. The following are the important local bible conventions.
Vengoor meghala convention is started in 2012 at Vengoor Mar Kauma Church. This gospel convention is organized by the six churches of that area. Following are the participant churches:
Mazhuvannoor meghala convention is started in 2012 at MSRV High School Ground, Mazhuvannoor. This gospel convention is organized by the five churches of that area. Following are the participant churches:
Keezhillam meghala convention is started in 2014 at St. Thomas High School Ground, Keezhillam. This gospel convention is organized by the six churches of the vicinity and following are the participant churches:
Oorackadu Meghala convention is started in 2012 at MSRV High Scholl Ground. This gospel convention is organized by the nearby six churches and the participant churches are:
Suvishesha Samgham is a spiritual organization of the region which encompasses various missionaries from the parishes. The first Wednesday of every month is scheduled for the monthly prayer meeting of the Suvishesha Samngham. The missionaries of Suvishesha Samngham are also involved in parish mission.

Parish mission is meant to visit various churches under the leadership of the Metropolitan in every month. A group of missionaries along with the Metropolitan visits various homes in selected parish and conducts bible studies and retreat. It is also focused on visiting sick people and praying for them.

In the midst of modern scientific advancement and social immoralities, it is inevitable for the Church to edify the faithful in biblical values, Christian concerns, and the Church tradition and liturgy. This particular mission is made possible by the initiation of Family Units (Kudumba Units). It also aims for a Christo-centred family friendship and sharing by understanding the importance of 'family prayer and togetherness'. The Perumbavoor Region gives special focus on the actuation of Kudumba Units and has selected a committee which guides and motivates its functioning in a unified manner.
